Chalhoub Automation Hub provides automation and outreach services, including but not limited to database reactivation, AI-driven messaging, CRM setup, and lead engagement systems.
Services may include both done-for-you implementation and ongoing management using platforms such as GoHighLevel and other automation tools.
Client acknowledges that while services are designed to improve engagement and conversion opportunities, no specific results, revenue, or outcomes are guaranteed.
Performance depends on factors including but not limited to lead quality, offer strength, sales process, and market conditions.
Services may be offered under one of the following structures:
A. Commission-Based Services (No Upfront Cost)
Client agrees that payment will be made based on agreed performance metrics, such as booked appointments or closed deals, as outlined in a separate written agreement.
No upfront payment is required for these services.
B. Paid Services (Upfront or Recurring)
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once services have begun or access has been granted.
Clients may cancel future recurring payments at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for billing periods already charged.

Chalhoub Automation Hub is not responsible for outcomes related to poor data quality or lack of consent.
Client authorizes Chalhoub Automation Hub to send messages, including SMS, email, and other forms of communication, on their behalf.
Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws, data privacy laws, and consent requirements.
Service duration may vary depending on the size and availability of the client’s lead database, the scope of services purchased, and any separate agreement between both parties.
Services may not be used for illegal activities, adult content, pornographic material, violent content, harmful material, or any activity that violates platform policies or laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
Chalhoub Automation Hub shall not be liable for loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the client violates these Terms, provides unlawful or non-compliant data, or misuses services or platforms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
